No public parking lots, no crowds, no boardwalk hustle. Our updated 7-bedroom, 4-full and 2-half-bath Lowcountry home sits on Sand Dollar Court, a quiet cul-de-sac just 200 yards from the beach — a 2–3 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. Behind the house, expansive marsh and river views deliver the kind of grass-to-the-horizon sunsets that made us fall in love with the place.
